Prior to joining IPS, Craig Fuller served as President of Xpress Global Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Xpress Enterprises. At XGS, Craig helped to orchestrate the sell of the company's airport-to-airport subsidiary to Forward Air Corporation.

Prior to being named President of XGS, Craig served as the Vice-President/General Manager of the Xpress Direct division of US Xpress Enterprises, the division he established. Under his leadership, Xpress Direct became one of the largest and fastest growing divisions of US Xpress Enterprises. The division offers on-demand expedited truckload services to customers requiring just-in-time transportation and surge capacity needs. In less than three years since inception, Xpress Direct has become one of the largest providers of ground expedite services in North America.

Mr. Langley is the COO / CCO of Transcard. He joined the company in August 2005 and has a combined fifteen years of experience in Operations, Engineering, IT, and Compliance. Prior to joining Transcard, Mr. Langley earned valuable experience from a variety of noteworthy organizations such as United Parcel Service, J.B. Hunt Transport, and US Xpress Enterprises. Mr. Langley is primarily responsible for Operations and Compliance at Transcard.

Mr. Caylor joined the company in Aug05 as Vice President, Finance. Mr. Caylor received his BS degree in Accounting from David Lipscomb University in 1988. Since then he has worked as an accountant in the photography industry, and Commercial Property management. For the last 15 years he has served as controller in the transportation industry for both truckload and expedited LTL companies.

The Chief Technology Officer at TransCard, Mr. Samples manages the strategic technology focus of the company, while specifically working to enhance customer experience.

Before joining TransCard, Mr. Samples was COO of Instruction Management, Inc., a full-service physical education and martial arts training company. He also served as Director of Systems Architecture at U.S. Xpress Enterprises where he was responsible for the creation and management of new technologies deployed to both front- and back-end applications, including implementing several third-party optimization systems, which reduced fuel costs and overall unpaid mileage.

Mr. Samples has a BS in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University.

Mr. Uffner is TransCard’s Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for managing all marketing and sales projects for the company.

Prior to joining TransCard, Mr. Uffner was Sr. Vice President of Sales for nFinanSe. He also served as Vice President of Financial Services for InComm and held previous sales management positions at First Data, Comdata and RBS Lynk.

Mr. Uffner has a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and attended MBA School at the University of Dallas.
